Since the sale of our home was contingent on our new home being built out of state, there was a delay between when we contacted Jennifer and when we were ready to start the process of listing. Jennifer took me to see many houses that were in my price range so I was able to select the one that was right for me and my needs. Then she was very helpful while I got my other house ready for the market which took a few years and she kept in touch the whole time while giving advise when asked. When it was ready for the market she was ready. The house was only on the market about 45 days when we got an offer that turned into a sale thanks in large part to Jennifer’s negotiation expertise.
